At the end of 2018, G2G Know-How, alongside Massey University, spoke at the Sustainable Investment Masterclass Commodities Series in Bandung, Indonesia.
The event was initiated by the Roundtable of Sustainable Municipalities (LTKL) in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Regency Governments, Tropical Forest Alliance 2020 and Carbon Disclosure Project.
It was part of a series of activities to prepare local municipalities and regencies in Indonesia to invest sustainably.
Fajar Anugerah from G2G Know-How was one of a number of key panel speakers, and showcased New Zealand’s holistic perspective on agriculture development (Supply Chain Integrity Program, developed by New Zealand’s Ministry of Primary Industry) Fajar also shared the success of the Eastern Indonesian Innovative Farming System and Capability for Agribusiness Activity (IFSCA), a project implemented by Massey University in Lombok through funding from New Zealand Aid Programme.
With more than 80 attendees including Heads of Regencies, NGOs, National Ministries officials and representatives from international organisations, it was a fantastic opportunity to showcase New Zealand’s success in this space and the value in developing more targeted coaching/mentoring programmes in the regions.
